We offer a comprehensive 2-year warranty on all products sold at our website covering any irregular wear and tear.  In the event your timepiece stops working, you can ship it overnight back to our Los Angeles logistics facility, on our UPS or FedEx account, and we’ll fix or exchange the timepiece immediately at no cost to you.

Each timepieces goes through a comprehensive inspection, restoration, and final check before being delivered to our valued customers. Water Resistance

No wristwatch is truly waterproof. Watches are resistant to water under certain specific conditions. If you use your watch within the water resistance limits specific by the manufacturer, you should get many years of dependable service from it.

To avoid damage to a diving watch, always be certain that the crown and case are locked or screwed down before submerging the watch in water. In addition, to prevent corrosion of sensitive watch materials, always clean the watch with freshwater after submerging in saltwater.  Speak with your luxury watch expert about the water damage and your warranty.
