Time and Gems insures and ships all packages via UPS Priority Shipping. International buyers should note that shipping via UPS Priority Shipping may take up to 3-7 business days depending on the final destination and possible customs delays. Please contact us for further details on approximate delivery times.  By request, we also offer USPS and FedEx to sync with our customers’ schedule and preference.

For payments made via credit card, we will only ship to your confirmed billing address on file with the card company unless special arrangements have been made by telephone with one of our customer service associates.

For packages shipping to P.O. Boxes, we ship via USPS Express Mail.

At Time and Gems we offer free priority shipping via UPS on every order. In the event that you need your order to arrive faster than the method specified in the chart above, we offer the following shipping upgrades for a fee.

• UPS Priority Overnight Shipping: If your order is under $500 you may upgrade to this shipping method at checkout for $25.
• UPS Priority Overnight Shipping with Saturday Delivery: If you need your order to arrive on a Saturday you may upgrade to this shipping method at checkout for $25.

Arrival Times and International Deliveries

All international orders will be shipped, with no additional charge, via UPS International Priority. Please note that the arrival times listed on the Web site apply to U.S. shipping addresses only. Estimates of the international shipping delivery times can be provided by one of our Expert Watch Consultants at sales@timeandgems.com or 866-230-3138.

Signature Requirements For Delivery

If your delivery is over $1,000 we require a signature for delivery regardless of any waivers you have from UPS. If your delivery is under $1,000 and shipped UPS Priority Overnight, UPS may require a signature. These requirements are for your protection.
