Authenticity of Our Watches
We purchase our timepieces from a network of over 250 respected global authorized dealers and wholesalers. Each of our watches are authenticated by an in-house team of certified watchmakers to ensure that our timepieces are indeed original. Please note that while we carry many all-original timepieces, some of our restored and customized luxury watches posted online come with custom (not brand name) diamond additions and custom-made bracelets. Use of custom and aftermarket parts are disclosed on individual listings, please check item description for details. We ask that you review our products and call us with specific questions for further clarification. Our customer service representatives are happy to assist you in clarifying aftermarket and custom parts.
Please note: Authorized luxury watch retailers are prohibited from verifying preowned timepieces with custom additions and aftermarket parts. To verify your timepiece, we encourage you to take it to an independent jeweler or watchmaker.
We guarantee all watches to ship with original parts as follows: movement parts (100%), case, caseback, and crown winder. All dials are original brand parts, unless noted as having “custom diamond” additions, in which case the dial is original but customized with our own real/natural diamonds.
Independent Appraisal
Each watch is inspected for authenticity by our Certified Master watchmakers. In addition, each watch shipped comes with a full authentication and appraisal with unique serial number from the Horological Appraisal Group that verifies both its authenticity and retail value.
Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee
All of our timepieces are shipped with original manufacturer’s serial numbers intact and independent authentication. In addition, each watch is authenticated by our in-house team of certified watchmakers to ensure that our timepieces are indeed 100% original. We stand behind the authenticity of the piece for the life of the product, however in the event you find otherwise, we will gladly refund or exchange your timepiece for another.
